Remove the bumper. Remove the sound insulation. Remove the flexible cable in the hood lock housing. Disconnect the plug connectors. Remove the bumper crossbar and amplifier. Unscrew the air conditioner condenser from the radiator. Unscrew the air conditioner dryer from the radiator frame. Disconnect the condenser from the radiator only (do not disconnect the main lines). Release the radiator quick-release clamps. Tilt the radiator downwards and lift it upwards out of the rubber cushions. Secure the radiator to the cylinder block, for example, with welding wire. A second mechanic is required to hold the radiator frame. Remove the radiator frame forwards. Secure the air conditioning condenser with wire, for example, to the front wheel.
Instructions. It is prohibited to hang the capacitor on the main lines. Do not bend the capacitor main lines under any circumstances.
Installation in reverse order. The headlights must be adjusted again. Adjustment: align the radiator frame in the center between the wings.
