Correctly adjusted seat belts keep the driver and passengers in place while driving and are an effective means of protection against serious injury in an accident.
The car is equipped with three-point seat belts.
By adjusting the height of the front seat belt anchor points, you can achieve the best possible positioning of the shoulder belt.
Manual adjustment

Fig. 1–12. Directions of movement of the bracket for adjusting the position of the upper seat belt anchorage
Press the top of the key, move the belt bracket up or down (Fig. 1-12) so that the shoulder branch passes through the middle of the shoulder (under no circumstances through the throat) and press the bottom of the key.
After adjustment, pull the belt to make sure the belt clip is securely locked.
Electric adjustment
Press and hold the top or bottom button until the belt clip moves up or down so that the shoulder branch passes through the middle of the shoulder.
You can adjust the position of the belt by adjusting the height of the seat.
Seat belt height memory
Vehicles equipped with a driver's seat position memory device also record the seat belt installation height.
First, you need to set the seat position, and then the seat belt position.
Seat belt tensioners
The level of safety for the driver and passengers wearing seat belts will be increased by installing tensioners in the automatic retractors of the front belts.
The seat belt should not be routed through a reclined seat back, as the rear pretensioners will deploy in the event of a collision.
The system is activated by special sensors in the event of a severe frontal impact. In the retractor of each seat belt worn, a pyropatron is ignited, as a result of which the seat belts are tightened.
In light frontal collisions, side impacts, rear impacts, rollovers, etc., where significant forces in the direction of travel do not occur, the tensioners are not activated.
Note: Smoke is released when the tensioners are triggered. This does not indicate a fire in the vehicle.
