The instruments are located on the dashboard. The dashboard must be removed if it is necessary, for example, to replace a lamp. If other instruments are faulty, the entire dashboard must be replaced, as it cannot be disassembled.

The instrument panel is available in two versions: "Lowline" and "Highline". The "Lowline" version is equipped with self-diagnostics, the "Highline" version is additionally equipped with a multifunctional indicator.

The multi-function display shows the following: self-diagnosis, outside temperature, trip computer readings, automatic transmission gear selector position and navigation data.

The instrument panel is equipped with a microprocessor and has a self-diagnostic system. If faults occur in the control system elements, the corresponding codes are recorded in the fault memory of the control unit. These codes can be displayed using a special AUDI device. In addition, the following functions can be adapted or adjusted using the device: fuel level indicator in the tank, consumption indicator, service interval indicator, distance travelled counter.
