Order of execution
1. If there is a problem, check the fuse in the fuse box first.
2. If the fuse is in order, remove the rear window trim and check the connection of the plug at the glass on the left and right. Remove corrosion if necessary.
3. If the heating still does not work, check the comfort central control unit, while also referring to subsection Electrical comfort system.
4. If the heater conductors are torn, a regular conductive varnish can be used for repair. To do this, clean the damaged area with thinner or ethylene.
5. Tape the damaged area on both sides with adhesive tape and apply conductive varnish with a small brush.
6. Dry the paint at around +25°C for 24 hours. Hot air can also be used for this. At a temperature of +150°C, the paint dries within 30 minutes.
Warning: Do not turn on the heated rear window before the paint is completely dry. Do not use gasoline or other solvents to clean damaged parts.
